Drew Moore
Drew Moore was born in Nashville, Tennessee on December 20, 1965. He comes from a family of three generations of ministers in the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ). He started taking acting classes when he was 12 years old and was soon performing in professional theater, TV and commercials throughout the region. Right after college in the summer of 1988, Drew teamed up with high school friends to stage the inaugural production of Nashville Shakespeare Festival, starring as Orlando in "As You Like It.” Drew’s early acting training included Nashville Academy Theater and The Acting Studio, Northwestern University, and British-American Drama Academy in London. In his late 20s, Drew took a long hiatus from acting. He earned his Ph.D. in Comparative Literature at the City University of New York and taught English and Classics at West Point and Brooklyn College. Since returning to acting in 2013, he has appeared in the films “I Think I’m Sick” (2023), “The Shed" (2019) and "Catching Up” (2019). He has recurred on the Netflix series “The Night Agent”, guest-starred in “American Horror Stories,” and appeared in many other episodics and limited series such as “Law & Order,” “Griselda,” “Elsbeth,” “Your Friends & Neighbors,” Power Book III: Raising Kanan,” “Étoile,” “Godfather of Harlem,” “Zero Day,” “FBI: Most Wanted,” and “White House Plumbers.”
